New clients please ensure you have filled out your online forms prior to your appointment.

Please allow enough time before your appointment to use the washroom and you are not rushed.

Parking is available in lot or along street side at no cost.
Please silence cell phones and lower voices with respect to other treatments in session.

If you have young children we request that you please make other arrangements for their care. Children may not be brought into the treatment room or left unattended in the reception area.

Cancellations:

Your appointment is time reserved especially for you. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations eliminate the possibility for someone else to benefit from that time and result in lost revenue.
Clients are required to have a credit card on file for booking. We request that you kindly provide 24 hours’ notice of cancellation or change to an appointment. If 24 hours notice is not provided the full treatment fee will be charged to the card on file. If you have someone to replace your appointment you will not be charged. ~ I appreciate your understanding.

Gratuities:

I do not accept tips as I consider myself a healthcare professional. My practice is built on word of mouth referrals and the greatest compliments you could give are the referral of a family member/friend or a Google review.
