New clients please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time to fill out necessary forms.

Parking is available in lot or along street side at no cost.

Please silence cell phones and lower voices with respect to other treatments in session.

If you have young children we request that you please make other arrangements for their care. Children may not be left unattended in the reception area.

Cancellations:

Your appointment is time reserved especially for you. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations eliminate the possibility for someone else to benefit from that time and result in lost revenue for our therapists.

We request that you kindly provide 24 hours notice of cancellation. You will be charged the full session fee for a missed appointment or 50% of the service fee if your appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

*Certain emergencies and/or extenuating circumstances do warrant exception. Please notify the clinic as soon as possible in this event and fees may be waived at the clinic’s discretion.*

Gift Certificates:

All gift certificates purchased are good for the value or specific service listed with no expiry date and are non-refundable.

Certificates must be presented at time of service.

If you book an appointment and fail to provide 24 hours notice of cancellation the gift certificate will no longer be valid.

Payment:

Payments accepted by MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Interac or cash.

Gratuities:

Inspire Centre is a wellness clinic and our therapists consider themselves part of your healthcare professional team. We rely on word of mouth referrals and the greatest compliment you could give would be a referral of a family member or friend!
