Meet the Owner

    Inspire Practitioners

    Amy Maystruck,
    Lead RMT

Amy graduated with honors in 2019. She provides therapeutic massage for overall health and well-being and specializes in pre/post-Natal massage.

Amy’s journey into massage began when she had a different career, was incredibly unhappy and always knew she needed to make a big change. Her real passion was always helping people and animals. She then decided to go back to school, drop the corporate career and challenge herself to start over. It was the best decision she has ever made; massage therapy became a way for her to use her skills and passion to care for people and focus on health and wellness.

Amy loves her career and is grateful to be a part of improving the physical and mental health, and wellness of so many people in her community, from children to seniors.

Her other passions are in gardening and animals - she supports various dog rescues locally and has 2 rescue dogs from Mexico.
    Dana Melinte, RMT

Dana graduated in 2021 and specializes in Orthopedic/Therapeutic and Relaxation massage. Friends would describe her as dedicated and compassionate.

Dana has a passion to learn about how to assist in the process of injury prevention and rehabilitation and help people through massage. She believes that massage can have a great impact in terms of improving people's well-being and decreasing stress.

Dana is also studying Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine. In her spare time, she enjoys long walks with her family in nature, working out, reading and Eckhart Tolle’s teachings.
    Ilene Reyes, RMT

Ilene graduated in 2021. Her goal is to help people achieve wellness through massage therapy, either for relaxation or for healing. Ilene specializes in deep tissue, sports, therapeutic, hot stones, and myofascial cupping techniques.

As a busy mother of 2 teens, Ilene understands the value of self-care and is an advocate of overall health: mind, body and spirit. She believes that mental health is as important as physical health and should be equal priority.
    Leanne Armstrong, RMT

Leanne (she/they) graduated in 2015. She loves helping her clients have a better quality of life with less stress and discomfort. “Pain and discomfort are whispers from the body to pay attention”. With her slow intentional and focused treatments, Leanne helps you unravel those whispers, developing your body awareness and innate healing potential.

Her personal journey, years of practice and advance training have led her to specialize in Oncology Massage, Myofascial Release and Lymphatic Massage. She has a natural gift for working with seniors, immune-compromised, pre/post-surgery clients, and marginalized communities.

Leanne first got into massage because she wanted to offer positive touch to people, especially seniors, who don't receive as much as they need and to help people to be proactive in their own wellness.

Beyond massage, Leanne likes to spend time with her family, friends, and her dog, while hiking in the mountains, enjoying live music, or just hanging out at home. One of her favourite places to be is in the mountains by the water. A couple of organizations that are close to her heart are Skipping Stone Foundation and AARCS.
    Megan Brecknell, RMT

Megan graduated from Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in 2019. Before deciding to become a Massage Therapist, Megan worked in the health care field for 11 years as a Nursing Assistant. Because of her love for helping people, she chose to broaden her knowledge and perspective in health and wellness.

Massage therapy was a natural fit for its preventative/holistic approach to health and well-being. Megan approaches each client by addressing the body as a whole to guide it back into alignment and homeostasis.
    Alex Boudreault, RMT

Alex graduated in 2020 and specializes in Deep Tissue, Sports and Relaxation massage. He excels at releasing built up tension and stress in the shoulders, back and neck. As a lifelong athlete, Alex understands how frustrating injuries can be, and aims to prevent, treat and rehabilitate accordingly.

Alex deeply believes all people deserve to have a positive massage experience in a safe and professional setting. He is very passionate about improving the physical and mental wellness of all his clients.

In Alex’s spare time he enjoys camping, hiking, rock climbing, longboarding and online games with friends. He loves all animals and has two cats of his own.

What Sadee loves most about working here are the interactions she has with clients and working with the Inspire team. Sadee has a certificate in Wedding & Event Planning as well as Home Staging/Interior Decorating.
