Complaints & Compliments
The Inspire Centre is committed to providing you with quality care and service, based on a family centered care philosophy.
If you have concerns about your services or if you feel that your rights have not been met, we encourage you to first discuss your concerns with your child’s therapist or the person involved. If the result is not to your satisfaction, you may direct your concern, verbally or in writing to their manager. If satisfactory resolution is not achieved within 10 business days, your concern may be directed to the Executive Director. We also welcome any compliments.

Inspire Centre has multiple locations to better serve you. The Centre was established in 1979 as a non-profit organization with charitable status and has grown from 3 staff, to over 40, across 6 locations.
