A diagnosis of FASD involves a comprehensive, multidisciplinary assessment conducted by a team of healthcare professionals. This team may include pediatricians, nurse practitioners, psychologists, speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, social workers, and a clinic coordinator, all working together to  evaluate developmental, behavioural and cognitive challenges, to ensure a thorough evaluation.
